At PHS, our therapists will work together with you and your doctor to create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals.

Whether you live in a PHS community or are just visiting, you can count on receiving compassionate and excellent care. And if you are unable to leave your home, we also offer home care services through our Optage® division.
